1. How do I get started with my job?

To proceed with a new job, you need to register and create your own personal account.
First fill out the required information and choose your own personal log in nick and
password. Since e-mail accounts are all different, your full email account will be your log in
name when you sign in and your password will be specially generated for you.When you
have finished go to your e-mail account and open up to get your user I.D. and password.
Proceed by typing in your log in nick which is your full email address (i.e. name@hotmail.com)
and password. You are now ready to begin, just start by providing the type of art and the type
of service you would like done to your art. If you have a specific format you would like us to
save it, please select it when you complete the form.

2. What kind of art is capable of being restore?

We can fix anything that is sent to us. Any format: jpg, tif, gif,hand drawn doodles,
bitmap, website logos, product samples, old business card. You send us your worst
and we'll convert them to perfect eps outline. For fastest result, email us your order.
Product samples can be mailed.

3. How do I recieve my finished artwork?

Once your artwork is finished, we will email you a link where you can download your
work format that you've requested. Click on the link that was emailed to you
and save it in a folder that you can retrieve the art from.

4. How do I make my own V-Sample?

Go to V-Sample and click to order. Have your logo and item you want the logo placed on
and we will computer generate them together to make it seem like the finish product. You
can also give us a brief description of what else you want to be done to your V-Sample,
such as type of background or color theme. Please note to send only outline logos.

5. How do I create my own logo?

To have your own logo, start by doing a simple sketch of an idea that you have in mind for
your new company. Then fax or e-mail it to us so our artist will have a better understanding
of what you want to achieve. The sketch does not have to be clean or perfect, our staff of
artist will computer generate it for you.

6. What if I still want to browse the site a little more before I sign up for a job?

Please take your time and look around the site and when your'e ready, go and click My Home
to go back to the ordering page and select the service you desire or click on the click here to
access a new job . My Home is located on the left hand side of the page and it's under the
welcome sign.
